REC publishes books on sustainability and financing
The Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) announced two new publications: Planning for Sustainability: Supporting NGO Self-financing Ventures, which explains the importance of helping non-governmental organisations get into the business of paying their own way, and Good Practices in Policies and Measures for Climate Change Mitigation: A Central and Eastern European Perspective, which looks at the ways in which the countries of this region can address climate change.
