No more ILL within the UK higher education community for books published before 1700. This may not have a tremendous impact on ILL activity but will be a great benefit for researchers into early English literature. It is the result of an agreement between the UK's Joint Information Systems Committee and Proquest Information and Learning which has now made this material available electronically.
