The KAIST Robotics and Computer Vision Laboratory (RCV) in Korea develops and commercializes automated vision systems, including those for intelligent mobile robots and unmanned vehicles.

The RCV homepage features five different intro videos, the latest news, and publications. The rest of this thorough, multimedia web site presents details on the history of RCV, its people, courses, and international activities.

The research page includes links to five projects: megacity modeling, self-localization technology for mobile surveillance robots, interactive full 3D service, development of robust vision technology for object recognition and shape modeling of intelligent robot, and developing detection and tracking algorithm working on a mobile robot. The research page also includes links to other vision groups around the world.

ImagingLab is a small hi-tech company in Italy that offers its expertise in imaging tools and software to system integrators, machine builders, and end-users.

Its clear and concise web site provides links to ImagingLabs’ Robotics library of graphical functions which are used to integrate Denso, Kuka, and Mitsubishi robotics, each directly with National Instruments’ LabVIEW. There is also a webpage on robotics and vision for flexible manufacturing units.

Other pages link to installation videos, ImagingLab’s Channel on YouTube, and papers and publications.
