Business school teams up with World-wide Learning

World-wide Learning, a subsidiary of News Corporation set up to focus on the global corporate-education market, has signed a long-term agreement with Brno International Business School, in the Czech Republic.

The agreement will allow the school to license World-wide Learning's management material for inclusion in its certificate of management course, designed to develop managers in the Ukraine and Poland.

Professor John Trasler, World-wide Learning managing director, said: "As a new member of NATO, with plans to join the EU, the Czech Republic has been one of the first eastern European countries to adopt western management techniques and now there is a strong commitment to developing what has been learned so far and passing it on".
