Associate Professor John Davies, Head of School, Victoria Management School, Victoria University of Wellington, says, "I am delighted to be able highlight the recognition and awards that have come the way of Victoria Management School in recognition of the quality of their Doctoral research."

The Awards, part-funded by the Authors' Licensing & Collecting Society Ltd (ALCS), were open to those who completed and satisfied examination requirements for a Doctoral award between 1 June 2004 and 1 June 2006, and had not previously applied for one of these Awards.

The Award winner will receive a cash prize of e1,500 (or other currency equivalent), a certificate and an offer of publication in Journal of Organizational Change Management.
