Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation and SEMI DICE, Inc. have announced they are extending their existing relationship to allow for the commercial resale of many of Fairchild's discrete semiconductor products.

In October 1998, the Fairchild Logic Group entered into an agreement with SEMI DICE and MINCO that allowed for the resale of commercial grade die in wafer form. That relationship opened new markets and applications for the Fairchild Logic Group. In addition to announcing its extended partnership with SEMI DICE, Fairchild said it will continue its existing similar relationship with MINCO Technology Labs, Austin, Texas.

Semi-Dice have also announced a distributor agreement with Silconix to distribute their range of discrete die products introducing analog switches, analog multiplexers, low-power transistors and power MOSFETS.
