Article Type: Editorial From: Policing: An International Journal of Police Strategies & Management, Volume 36, Issue 2.

Welcome to Volume 36, Issue 2 of Policing: An International Journal of Police Strategies & Management. This issue hosts a number of important papers that are relevant to academics and practitioners. Specifically, included papers focus on a range of topics related to crisis intervention teams, police corruption, role ambiguity, organizational culture, police training, citizen satisfaction with the police, and a couple of studies that examine the role of place in policing.

We would like to take this moment to provide the readers with an update on the composition of the Editorial team. Dr Kim Lersch has recently stepped down from her duties as co-editor, and we certainly wish to thank her for all of her service in this role up to this point. She was an invaluable member of the editorial team during the transition of the journal in its move from the previous editorship of Professor Lawrence Travis. Dr Wesley Jennings has now been appointed as co-editor to fulfill this role, and he is committed to continuing to work closely with Dr Lorie Fridell to support the mission and vision of Policing.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy the contents of this issue, and, as always, we encourage you to submit your own research to the journal when relevant.
