The board of directors of Minerals Technologies Inc. have elected Michael Cipolla to the position of controller of the company. He will report to John Stack, vice president-finance and chief financial officer. Mr Cipolla succeeds Mario DiNapoli, who retired on 1 April 1998 after more than 40 years of distinguished service.
