The Board of Directors of Minerals Technologies Inc. (NYSE: MTX) has elected Neil M. Bardach vice-president, finance and chief financial officer, succeeding John R. Stack, who has retired. Mr Bardach, formerly chief financial officer for The Genlyte Group Incorporated, a building products manufacturer, will report to Jean-Paul Vallès, chairman and chief executive officer. Mr Bardach will also become a member of the MTI's Corporate Management Committee.
