NeoPac E-111 is an aliphatic urethane-acrylic copolymer dispersion designed for industrial wood coatings, which claims outstanding block and imprint resistance. It is reported that this new emulsifier-free copolymer dispersion has been specially designed for panel and furniture coatings used on fast industrial application lines.

NeoPac E-111 coatings are stated to be scratch-resistant and to have excellent flow and wood wetting properties with good resistance to solvents, chemicals and hand cream. Starting formulations for clear and pigmented coatings are available on request.

NeoResins (formerly Zeneca Resins) develops, markets and manufactures water-based and other environmentally friendly products using a wide range of technologies, encompassing acrylics, urethanes, urethane-acrylics, vinyl acrylics and other copolymers for the coatings, adhesives and graphic arts industries.
