Disperlux laboratory dissolver/mixer

Keywords John Godrich, Mixing

John Godrich has notified us that it has been appointed sole agents for the Disperlux range of dispersers/mixers in the UK and Eire.

There are three main versions:

  1. 1.

The Yellow line with reported speeds of 0-9,000rpm mixing 100ml to 8 litres to take discs 40 to 80mm diameter.

  2. 2.

The Ivory line 0-4,500rpm mixing 250ml to 12 litres to take discs 50-100mm diameter and having an extra strong drive.

  3. 3.

The Red line 0-9,000rpm mixing up to 20 litres to take discs 60-125mm diameter having a larger drive motor for colour batches or small production work.

A rotor/stator system will be available soon and it can be supplied with a range of mixing vessels, vacuum vessels and milling devices. PID electronics allows for constant speed even with altering viscosity and a timer is standard.

Mounted on an adjustable stand with vessel clamps trials are thought to have proved it easy to use and highly efficient.
