Constructed of multi-ply, ultra low density polyethylene, the Rhino Liquid Liner reportedly meets FDA, USDA requirements, is ISTA-approved through extensive testing, and is believed to be very forgiving of the stresses that occur in transit. According to CPS the liners can be customized to meet many product requirements and fit into any type of bulk shipping container, including corrugated, metal, knockdown plastic or molded plastic. A flexible fill and/or discharge spout is standard, and specialized spouts or flanges can be heatsealed in virtually any location on the liner. The liner can be further customized with hanging tabs built-in to the top seams of the liner, increasing the ease of handling and discharge.
For customers requiring a one-size-fits-all economic option, Custom Packaging also offers industry standard pillow-style liquid liners, in one to 400-gallon capacities. Constructed of the same tough, multi-ply film as the customized form-fit liners, pillow-style liners are said to perform well in a wide variety of bulk containers, and, like the form-fit liners, a flange or discharge spout can be heat-sealed nearly anywhere on the liner.
