In today’s design market, architects, designers and craftsmen need every available tool at their fingertips in order to maximise the effects of their creation. ISF reports that it is able to offer the discerning designer both solvent-based floor finish and water-borne floor finish for new or unfinished wooden floors.
The Proflor Duo is described as a two-component high performance solvent- based finish for wooden flooring. Not only is it certified to British Standard 6250 severe use but it also claims excellent resistance to abrasion and most chemicals and substances. Whereas the Proflor Aqua is stated to be a high performance water-based single pack finish for wooden floors. It is based upon a blend of the highest quality acrylic and polyurethane resins and is also certified to British Standard 6250 severe use.
The ISF Group Limited is said to be aiming at the cutting edge of the surface coatings market, due to its commitment to the continuous development of technology. ISF informs us that it is dedicated to producing top quality paints and finishing as well as providing innovative solutions for customers.

Its FLAMEPRO range of flame retardant coatings include: FLAMEPRO FPO – intumescent varnish, FLAMEPRO FP1 – single pack, FLAMEPRO FP2 – two pack quick drying, and FLAMEPRO FP3 – two pack high resistance.
According to ISF the concentrated- manufacturing process it uses ensures that the flame retardant range provides customers with super coverage, outstanding durability and products, which meet the British Standard 476 Part 7:1997 relating to surface spread of flames.
