TA Instruments Inc., USA, announced that they recently completed the asset purchase of the Rheology Division of Rheometric Scientific, USA. The company will retain the name “TA Instruments”. The purchase was announced on 14 October 2002, and has recently been approved by the SEC and Rheometric Scientific shareholders.
