China titanium dioxide market sees growth
In the past 2 years, China's domestic titanium dioxide market has been sluggish. In 2003, the ever-increasing demand has awakened titanium dioxide production. In 2002, China put out a total of 390,000 tons of titanium dioxide, with imports of 188,000 tons and exports of 68,000 tons. The total demand was 510,000 tons, a 19.4 per cent growth from the previous year.
