Reichhold wins Brazilian quality award for coatings resin suppliers
Reichhold has been named the top resin supplier to the paint and coatings industry in Brazil through the first quality awards program sponsored by Morrell Editora, publisher of several trade magazines including “Tintas & Vernizes” and “Coatings Brazilian Year Book”. Reichhold and other category winners were selected by over 100 paint and coatings manufacturers in the region.
The results of the industry-wide survey were announced at an event in São Paulo, Brazil celebrating Tintas & Vernizes' 45 years of serving as a paint and coatings industry pioneer. Awards were presented in a number of categories, including resin suppliers. Reichhold's win is especially noteworthy because the “resin supplier” category included all product chemistries. Reichhold's plant in Mogi daz Cruzes, Brazil has manufactured resins for the coatings industry since 1948.
