Holographic and specialty coated film manufacturer, CFC International, Inc. reported record sales for the fourth quarter and year end of 2005. Sales in the fourth quarter of 2005 increased 7 percent to USD 22 million (fourth quarter of 2004: USD 20.7 million). Operating income before depreciation and amortization of intangibles was USD 1.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2005 (213 percent). Sales for the year of 2005 totalled USD 90.4 million (þ10 percent). Net income for the year decreased to USD 3.0 million or USD 0.65 per share on a fully diluted basis in 2005, from net income of USD 4.0 million or USD 0.90 per share on a fully diluted basis for the same period last year. Operating income before depreciation and amortization of intangibles for the year increased 14 percent to USD 11.8 million in 2005 (2004: USD 10.4 million).
