Brights Paint Pens have been introduced by Krylon

Krylon has introduced its Brights Paint Pens, which can be used to add colors and creativity to a wide variety of applications including posters, scrapbooks, home accessories and bikes or skateboards among many others. The pens are available in bright colors designed to grab attention and include Bright Orange, Bright Yellow, Bright Green, Bright Blue and Bright Pink. The paints are all fluorescent color and glow when exposed to UV light.

Brights' acid-free formula can be applied on paper crafts, wood, metal, plastic, paper maché rigid plastic, glass, ceramics and fabric.
