Stainless Steel's new polyurethane paint

A USDA-approved stainless steel polyurethane coating that can be brushed or sprayed onto parts to permit touch-ups without breaking down a production line has been introduced by Stainless Steel Coatings Inc. of S. Lancaster, MA. Steel-It anti- rust stainless steel polyurethane can be brushed or sprayed onto parts such as motor mounts, drive components and brackets without breaking down the production line. Featuring a 316L SS leafing pigment that creates a protective corrosion- and chip-resistant barrier, this USDA-approved metallic paint can last up to ten years, depending upon application. Ideally suited for food processing equipment and other environments that require frequent high-pressure power washing, Steel-It anti-rust stainless steel polyurethane can withstand salt spray, UV light and a wide variety of chemicals, solvents and detergents. Epoxy-based stainless steel paint systems and low-VOC formulations are also offered.
