Purpose – describes how to turnaround a change strategy that is failing. Design/methodology/approach – gives bullet point advice based on their experience of business consultancy. Findings – suggests that the intended aims and outcomes of the change strategy need to be made clear; that the ways of achieving these aims and outcomes need to be carefully planned; that there needs to be good communication to engage employees; and that the strategy needs to be assessed against targets and benchmarks agreed at the initial planning stages.
