Circuit Technology Center, Inc. has announced that its popular comprehensive guidebook entitled PC Board Rework and Repair, is now available for free download from the company's internet Website. The entire 200-page repair and rework guidebook, can be downloaded from www.circuitnet.com Produced as adobe acrobat documents, any one of the individual procedures, or even the entire guidebook can be downloaded by calling up the web site and clicking on the section entitled "Repair Guidebook" for instructions.
This well illustrated guidebook includes over 75 procedures ranging from repairing surface mount pads to replacing components. According to Jeff Ferry, president of Circuit Technology Center, Inc., "These procedures have been followed by our repair and rework technicians to repair thousands of PC boards for companies including Hewlett Packard, Digital Equipment Corporation, IBM, Siemens, Compaq Computer, AT&T, Allied Signal Aerospace and hundreds of other commercial and military manufacturers. These procedures cover repair and rework of both surface mount and through hole PC boards and assemblies, and they comply with IPC standards.
