Keywords Juki Automation Systems, Placement

Juki Automation Systems has introduced a new series of placement machines that are set to push back the boundaries of conventional SMT component placement. Featuring a host of innovative technologies and combining high flexibility and accuracy with the fastest placement in the industry, the 2000 Series offers a modular and economical alternative to large and inflexible high speed chipshooters.

A range of highly advanced technology is designed-in to the 2000 Series, providing high speed and precision in a compact footprint. This includes Juki's new MultiNozzle Laser Align (MLNA) for the precision, in-flight, non-contact and simultaneous alignment of four parts using a single laser unit. Also, inherent parts of the machines' functionality are Juki's Super H-Drive for maximum speed and accuracy, HLC easy-to-use line balancing software for maximum assembly line productivity, and high precision feeder trolleys for fast changeover.
