Semtronics sold to Desco Industries, Inc.
Desco Industries, Inc. of Chino, California, and OK International Inc., a Menlo Park, CA-based subsidiary of Dover Corporation, announced that they have finalised an agreement for the sale of all assets of Semtronics, OK International's "ESD" division to Desco.
Under the terms of the agreement, Desco will acquire all the existing inventory, tools and equipment pertaining to the range of ESD products and accessories and will have the right to market these under the Semtronics name and brand as well as its own name and brand. Desco has also acquired the right to use the logo, trademarks and "URL" of Semtronics.
