Intertronics offers a wide range of DYMAX spot curing systems for precision bonding, mounting and fixturing for optic and fibre-optic applications. The BlueWave 200, featuring the highest intensity of 20W/cm2 in the UVA-range, enables curing with single, double or even quadruple wands in seconds (Plate 3). Its smaller sister, the BlueWave 50, offers 3,000 mW/cm2 intensity, enabling curing of most UV adhesives in less than 10s. Both combine high curing capability and long bulb life to provide a very effective and economical curing solution with minimal infra-red emissions. A high degree of process control and choice of lightguides ensure flexibility across a wide range of curing applications.

Intertronics also provides a range of DYMAX flood light sources, integrated in complete modular packages ready to plug in and cure. Focused beam, wide area flood or concentrated flood reflector systems can be specified depending on applications.

DYMAX UV curing systems are highly versatile and ideal for benchtop production or prototyping. They are designed to optimise safety and convenience for processcontrolled cures.
