| Abstract: | As part of their work on social inclusion, the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) asked Richard Hayes to facilitate a learning set for managers who work in mental health organisations and who are current or recent recipients of the services provided by these agencies. This article brings together some of the strands of their learning as a group and provides an insight into what it is like to operate in both worlds. |
