Article Type: Random observations From: Work Study, Volume 50, Issue 1.

Its not surprising that "word of mouth" wins (see item 1) we are constantly reminded of this. I used the phrase "Unintended consequences" in a meeting four days ago (I told you I liked the phrase). Within two days, I had heard the phrase echoed back to me in other meetings. It was uncanny and a little unnerving to see how quickly my colleagues had picked up on it. Still, it does show that the phrase has resonance with a lot of people I'm sure you'll all be using it soon!
