This book series is a new conference proceedings series edited by Dr Forrest who is a guest or specially appointed professor in economics, finance, systems science and mathematics at several major universities in China. He is also professor of mathematics at Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (Slippery Rock campus). He also holds office in many international organisations and institutions.
