Abstract

Outlines the importance of adequate and nutritional standards of meals for patients in hospitals. Malnutrition has been identified as a real problem. Many different people are involved with feeding patients, and all need to be aware of the problems with, and solutions to, providing patients with a diet which will promote their health and wellbeing.
