Trends in HDI flex

Abstract

Flex circuits are a critical component in a wide and growing range of applications: automotive; industrial; military/aerospace; computer and telecommunications; consumer; and medical products. In addition, flex circuits or TAB tape are an important substrate for IC packages. One of the fastest growing segments of the market is high density interconnect (HDI) flex circuit.
