Abstract

Details the partnership between the County Reference Library in Buckinghamshire, UK, and Dun & Bradstreet. It enables the library to provide better information services to its much more sophisticated public. The library is also providing services to local businesses, which generate revenue to fund much‐needed resources such as new books, CD‐ROMs and memory upgrades for the library’s computers. Dun & Bradstreet gain feedback about their products direct from consumers, which means problems can be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
