Abstract

So, you think you know what people want from a social care service because they've told you what they want. But how do you go about measuring and rating those services so they meet, and continue to meet, people's expectations. In this first article, Paul Snell talks about the new system of quality ratings that will contribute to the Commission's aims to improve the choice and social care that people receive.
