Abstract

EMPTY PLACES IN SUPPORTED housing can be very costly. How significant is this problem, why does it happen and what should be done? A study commissioned by the former Cleveland Special Needs Housing Forum, funded through a Housing Corporation Grant, looked at void levels and how to reduce them. This paper reports on the results of the study.
