Abstract

JOINT COMMISSIONING AND JOINT working are strong themes in recent policy and guidance. In practice, it can seem like too many meetings while operations, decision‐making and spending remain stuck in separate departments. The challenge is how the differing responsibilities and priorities of several agencies can be translated into a single, shared agenda. Equally important is how operational staff who contribute to strategy are included and informed.
