Best value for extra care services: Going beyond simple measures

Abstract

Applying best value principles to ‘hard’ services such as repairs, planned maintenance, rent collection and arrears management is relatively straightforward, with a raft of good practice examples across the sector from which to learn, but applying those principles to softer, more personal services is different altogether.
