Abstract

The new regulatory body for social housing, the Tenant Services Authority, has published the results of its National Conversation with social housing tenants and landlords and has been consulting on its initial proposals for future national regulatory standards covering housing association and local authority stock. This article examines the proposed standards and sets out some views on how they could be developed in relation to tenants requiring care and support.
