Rural drug misuse ‐ practical responses and lateral thinking
Abstract
Living in remote rural areas is a form of social exclusion. Some people travel hundreds of miles to make long awaited treatment appointments ‐ often missing them due to late or non‐existent buses or trains. The challenge is to embrace self‐efficacy with new technology. Anni Stonebridge explores treatment and consultation over the internet.
