Developing and using scenarios – assisting business decisions
Abstract
Examines the characteristics and use of scenario planning as a way for businesses to cope with the future and to assist in business planning. Demonstrates several different purposes for scenarios; provides a general approach for constructing scenarios; outlines some of the roles for managers in scenario planning.
