Night‐school class is “longest selection interview in history”
Abstract
Describes a night‐school scheme which entails attendance for eight hours a week over a 12‐week period which has been set up so that a potential employer can judge potential employees. Discusses the reasoning behind such a scheme and lists the advantages not only for the company, but also for those eventually employed, and even those people who are not selected.
