Medium‐size firms “waste money on training”

Abstract

Many medium‐size companies in the UK fail to link their education, training and development policies to their business plan, according to a survey from Coopers & Lybrand. Examines the details of the survey. Concludes that education, training and development require the injection of money, planning and evaluation, just like any other capital investment.
