Shepherd Construction has won a £15.4 million contract from British Aerospace to update and extend existing manufacturing buildings at their complex in Brough, East Yorkshire.
The contract is part of British Aerospace's extensive development plan called "Project Showcase" designed to elevate the site at Brough from a major position within world markets, to the status of world leader taking aircraft manufacture into the twenty-first century.
Work started in September 1998 and is due to be completed in July 1999.
