FLS Aerospace Limited, one of the fastest growing providers of full support aircraft maintenance services to airlines, has selected Movex Aviation from Intentia. The new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system will be installed at four sites in the UK and Europe to further enhance the operational management of the services provided by FLS Aerospace Limited. The total order value for Intentia is about GBP 3 million.

Movex Aviation, which is an integrated system, will replace seven different systems used by FLS Aerospace Limited today. Apart from the traditional tasks of an enterprise management system, Movex Aviation will be used to facilitate and support hangar and line maintenance, spare parts logistics and overhaul, as well as technical records and planning across the FLS Aerospace operations in the UK and mainland Europe.
