Derco Holding, Ltd. will own all the outstanding shares of the privately-held Derco Aerospace, Inc., DRS Inc., Derco Aircraft Sales and Leasing LLC, and partial shares of IDC Aerospace, LLC. Projected sales of Derco Holding are $150 million for 1999.
