World Aviation Support (WAS), part of the BWA Group plc, has introduced a new mass airflow overhaul facility (Plate 7) at its London - Southend Airport headquarters. The facility will allow WAS to overhaul or rework the majority of valves which require up to 100lb per min and 100psi. Typical valves include starter valves, shut-off valves, pressure reducing valves and temperature control valves as fitted to a wide range of aircraft including Boeing variants.
