Albanian Airlines contracts with CASCO

Keywords: Albanian Airlines, CASCO

New British Aerospace 146 customer Albanian Airlines of Tirana has signed a $1 million plus contract with Commercial Aircraft Services Company Ltd (CASCO) of the UK for a three year per flying hour support contract. The agreement was signed at BAe Systems' Hertfordshire, UK offices by Albanian Airlines' managing director and Mike Farge, chief executive of CASCO.

The deal gives the independently-owned airline pre-agreed costs based on annual flying hours utilisation. Under terms of the contract, CASCO will support the whole aircraft including all components, avionics and the APU. CASCO has an inventory of BAe 146 spares and components worth £50 million at its Partridge Green, West Sussex, UK headquarters with sub stores located at Munich, Hamburg and Rome.
