FAA certification for Airbus A3191320

TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc., independent provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, has been granted approval from the Federal Aviation Administration to perform heavy maintenance on Airbus Industrie’s A319 and A320 aircraft at the company’s Macon, Ga., facility.

The TIMCO Macon aircraft maintenance facility is a FAA Part 145 Repair Station (Certificate No. M52R952N) currently dedicated to one customer, performing Boeing 737 and now A319/320 heavy scheduled maintenance.

West said, “FAA certification of TIMCO Macon for A319 and A320 scheduled maintenance is part of our company-wide dedication to and expansion of our Airbus repair activities.”

Through TIMCO’s network of four FAA/JAA-certified Part 145 repair facilities, the company performs heavy maintenance, line maintenance and/or modification services on all Boeing and McDonnell Douglas aircraft, Airbus A300, A319 and A320 aircraft, and Lockheed L1011 and C-130 aircraft.
