New version of ULYS

New version of ULYS LASELEC, a specialist in laser wire and cable marking, has released new versions of its ULYS and MRO 200 series, which are wire and cable marking machines for the aerospace industry.

The new versions of ULYS and the MRO 200 series are said to be very user-friendly and include new features, which are claimed to be unmatched on the market. The main advantages are said to be that these machines guarantee the user not only permanent and non-aggressive marking, but also compliance with the quality requirements associated with this process. These advantages are particularly important for the aerospace market.

LASELEC is currently conducting software, mechanical and optical modifications to its customers' machines as part of an Innovation Release Program (IRP). This program complements the reactive and effective after-sales service already provided. LASELEC has set up the IRP to support its customers and to avoid its marking equipment becoming obsolete after five years, as is often the case with high-tech equipment. With LASELEC, users of already installed equipment can benefit from all the upgrades made to the new series by LASELEC's research and development teams.

The MRO 200 range of machines is the ideal complement to the ULYS range, which is designed for medium- sized to large production runs. MRO 200 meets the needs of all aircraft maintenance, repair and modification centers, as it is suited to short production runs as well as reworking.
