It is almost certain that Tyco will buy Spanish PWB maker, Microser SA, located in Madrid.

Microser is privately owned and had about Euro 85 million sales turnover in 2000. It has built a brand new plant in northern Spain in the town of Valladolido, about 180km north from Madrid with microvia capability.

Microser is the second largest PWB maker after Eurocirc which purchased Dynacircuits near Chicago and it is rumored that it has purchased a small maker in Brazil.
