Rick Reagan appointed President of Enthone

Cookson Performance Materials (CPM), a division of London-based Cookson Group plc, today announced the appointment of Rick Reagan as President, Enthone Inc. Mr Reagan will lead the high performance specialty chemicals company’s global organisation that operates in more than 40 countries and includes ten manufacturing facilities and nine technical centres strategically located worldwide.

Mr Reagan will report directly to Steven Corbett, CEO of CPM, which includes both Enthone and the Alpha electronic assembly and advanced materials business. Mr Corbett, who previously served as Enthone’s president, will now devote his responsibilities to CPM and as an Executive Director of the Cookson Board of Directors.

Mr Reagan has been with Cookson and Alpha for 33 years. Prior to his promotion, Mr Reagan was the Executive Vice President for Alpha Asia, the largest and most profitable business unit within the CPM division.

Mr Corbett, said, “Rick has significant experience in the PCB fabrication and assembly markets, and is very familiar with Enthone technology and customer base. I am confident that his experience and knowledge will translate well and bring significant benefits to our customers and Enthone.”

Mr Reagan is a graduate of Xavier University in Ohio, USA. He resides in Singapore with his wife Mary and daughter Devon. He will relocate to the USA in 2014.
