WOMEN WALES AND EUROPE: AN INTRODUCTION

Abstract

The Women's Studies Colloquium is an annual event for women staff and research students from all disciplines from the constituent colleges of the University of Wales (Bangor, Aberystwyth, Cardiff, Lampeter and Swansea). The event has provided a valuable networking function for academic women, resulting in joint publications on women's issues in Wales (see Aaron, Betts, Rees and Vincentinelli, 1994).
