Abstract

AS a result of an extensive development programme, carried out with the co‐operation of the U.S. Navy Bureau of Aeronautics, and the U.S. Army Air Corps, The Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Company, of Hartford, Connecticut, has recently completed official tests on two sizes of fourteen‐cylinder, two‐row, geared and supercharged air‐cooled engines, the Twin Wasp Junior and the Twin Wasp.
